GP GM TERMOSANITARI – SCRATCH UOMINI U23: ARES COSTA VINCE E BRILLA A FIORENZUOLA

Ancora Italia sul gradino più alto nella seconda serata dei Gran Premi Internazionali di Fiorenzuola – Sei Giorni delle Rose Bianche. Nello Scratch Under 23 (Gp GM Termosanitari), successo per Ares Costa, veneziano classe 2006, già campione europeo e mondiale Juniores nell’inseguimento a squadre, con tanto di record mondiale.

Alla sua prima assoluta sul velodromo “Attilio Pavesi”, Costa ha dominato una gara veloce e molto tattica, precedendo allo sprint Daniil Zarakovskiy e Ilya Savekin. Brillante nelle scelte, solido nei rilanci, Costa ha confermato il suo grande talento anche tra gli Under 23, strappando applausi dal pubblico di Fiorenzuola.

GP GM TERMOSANITARI – MEN U23 SCRATCH: ARES COSTA WINS AND SHINES IN FIORENZUOLA

Italy struck again on the second evening of the Fiorenzuola International Grand Prix – Six Days of the White Roses. In the Men U23 Scratch (Gp GM Termosanitari), rising star Ares Costa took the win. The 2006-born rider from Venice is already a Junior World and European Champion in the Team Pursuit – with a world record under his belt. In his debut at the “Attilio Pavesi” velodrome, Costa delivered a strong, smart performance, sprinting ahead of Daniil Zarakovskiy and Ilya Savekin. With tactical brilliance and raw speed, Costa proved he's ready to make his mark in the U23 ranks as well.
