La Corsa a Punti Under 23 uomini – G.P. Pavinord, prima finale della serata inaugurale, ha premiato Juan David Sierra, autore di una prova di grande continuità nei quindici sprint previsti. L'azzurro della Tudor Pro Cycling U23 ha chiuso con 68 punti, precedendo Ilya Savekin (63) e Nikita Tsvetkov (50). Quarto posto per un altro italiano, Davide Stella.

SCRATCH DONNE UNDER 23 – G.P. FERRI INTONACI E MALTE, VOLATA VINCENTE DI MAHO KAKITA
Si è concluso con una volata a ranghi compatti lo Scratch Under 23 femminile – G.P. Ferri Intonaci e Malte, con la giapponese Maho Kakita che si è imposta nettamente davanti alla svizzera Janice Stettler e alla bielorussa Alina Karotkina. Ai piedi del podio la migliore delle italiane, Linda Sanarini, quarta al termine dei 25 giri di gara.

ELIMINAZIONE UOMINI UNDER 23 – G.P. BUSSANDRI, FIORIN TRIONFA IN MAGLIA DI CAMPIONE EUROPEO
È stato Matteo Fiorin a conquistare il G.P. Bussandri, prova dell'Eliminazione Under 23 maschile. L'azzurro, in gara con la maglia di campione europeo appena conquistata a Cottbus, ha confermato il suo eccellente momento di forma imponendosi nella volata finale a due su Ilya Savekin, preceduto di circa una bicicletta. Sul terzo gradino del podio è salito lo slovacco Tadeáš Cesnek.

MADISON DONNE UNDER 23 – G.P. SIDERPIGHI, VINCE LA COPPIA DANSHINA-KOKAREVA
Successo della coppia formata da Polina Danshina e Aglaya Kokareva nell'Americana Under 23 femminile – G.P. Siderpighi. Le due atlete hanno costruito il loro successo sprint dopo sprint, chiudendo con 36 punti davanti al tandem composto dalla ceca Vendula Strakatá e dalla svizzera Janice Stettler (24). Terzo posto per la Bielorussia con Alina Karotkina e Kseniya Shynkarenka. Quinte le azzurre Linda Sanarini e Irma Siri.

KEIRIN DONNE – G.P. ALU TECNO, VAN DER PEET SI IMPONE DAVANTI A VECE
La prima prova Elite del Keirin donne disputata a Fiorenzuola dopo il ritorno della specialità nel programma ha premiato l'olandese Steffie Van der Peet, campionessa del mondo in carica della velocità a squadre, che si è imposta nella finale davanti all'azzurra Miriam Vece. Sul terzo gradino del podio è salita la spagnola Helena Casas Roige, mentre l'altra italiana Matilde Cenci ha chiuso in quinta posizione.

KEIRIN UOMINI – G.P. CAFFÈ RAMENZONI, PREDOMO BATTE CHOI
Si è chiuso con un successo italiano il Keirin uomini – G.P. Caffè Ramenzoni, vinto da Mattia Predomo. L'azzurro ha avuto la meglio sul sudcoreano Choi Tae-ho, due dei grandi protagonisti attesi della manifestazione, mentre il polacco Mateusz Rudyk ha completato il podio. Buona prova anche per Fabio Del Medico, quarto al traguardo.

Fiorenzuola d'Arda (Italy), July 20, 2026 – The 29th edition of the Fiorenzuola International Track Grand Prix – 6 Giorni delle Rose Bianche got underway today at the Attilio Pavesi Velodrome, delivering plenty of excitement from the very first races. The event will continue through Saturday evening, featuring top-level international competition. The opening night was also enhanced by a performance from the Corpo Bandistico Pontolliese with its Majorettes, while UEC President and UCI Vice President Enrico Della Casa was among the special guests in attendance. MEN'S UNDER-23 POINTS RACE – G.P. PAVINORD: SIERRA CLAIMS THE OPENING FINAL OF THE EVENING

The Men's Under-23 Points Race – G.P. Pavinord, the first final of the opening evening, was won by Juan David Sierra, who delivered a remarkably consistent performance throughout the fifteen sprints. The Italian rider from Tudor Pro Cycling U23 finished with 68 points, ahead of Ilya Savekin (63) and Nikita Tsvetkov (50). Another Italian, Davide Stella, finished fourth.

WOMEN'S UNDER-23 SCRATCH RACE – G.P. FERRI INTONACI E MALTE: MAHO KAKITA SPRINTS TO VICTORY

The Women's Under-23 Scratch Race – G.P. Ferri Intonaci e Malte ended in a bunch sprint, with Japan's Maho Kakita powering to a convincing victory ahead of Switzerland's Janice Stettler and Belarus' Alina Karotkina. Italy's Linda Sanarini narrowly missed out on the podium, finishing fourth after the 25-lap race.

MEN'S UNDER-23 ELIMINATION RACE – G.P. BUSSANDRI: FIORIN WINS IN THE EUROPEAN CHAMPION'S JERSEY

Matteo Fiorin claimed victory in the G.P. Bussandri, the Men's Under-23 Elimination Race. Racing in the European champion's jersey he had earned just days earlier in Cottbus, the Italian confirmed his outstanding form by defeating Ilya Savekin in the final two-rider sprint by about one bike length. Slovakia's Tadeáš Cesnek completed the podium in third place.

WOMEN'S UNDER-23 MADISON – G.P. SIDERPIGHI: DANSHINA AND KOKAREVA TAKE THE WIN

Polina Danshina and Aglaya Kokareva claimed victory in the Women's Under-23 Madison – G.P. Siderpighi. The duo built their success sprint after sprint, finishing with 36 points, ahead of the Czech-Swiss pairing of Vendula Strakatá and Janice Stettler (24). Third place went to the Belarusian team of Alina Karotkina and Kseniya Shynkarenka, while Italy's Linda Sanarini and Irma Siri finished fifth.

WOMEN'S KEIRIN – G.P. ALU TECNO: VAN DER PEET TAKES THE WIN AHEAD OF VECE

The first Elite Women's Keirin event in Fiorenzuola since the discipline returned to the programme was won by Dutch rider Steffie Van der Peet, who claimed victory in the final ahead of Italy's Miriam Vece. Spain's Helena Casas Roige completed the podium in third place, while another Italian, Matilde Cenci, finished fifth.

MEN'S KEIRIN – G.P. CAFFÈ RAMENZONI: PREDOMO DEFEATS CHOI

Italy's Mattia Predomo claimed victory in the Men's Keirin – G.P. Caffè Ramenzoni, giving the home crowd a memorable win. The Italian rider defeated South Korea's Choi Tae-ho, one of the event's most highly anticipated competitors, while Poland's Mateusz Rudyk completed the podium.
